Pre-launch draft: the registered operator identity, business address and governing jurisdiction still need confirmation. The Terms of Service also need a confirmed commercial refund policy before live paid launch.

1. About the service

Vibe Invitation provides event planning, invitations, guest responses, seating, budgets and shared memories. It is powered by Joetech Express. These terms describe the conditions for using the service. Contact info@vibeinvitation.com with questions. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, or act with the authorization required by applicable law.

2. Accounts and event access

Provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Event owners and authorized collaborators must respect their assigned permissions. Do not access another person’s event, impersonate a guest, submit misleading responses or bypass plan or security restrictions.

3. Your events and content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant the service the limited permission needed to host, store, process, format and display that content to operate the features you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed for invitations, guest data, photos, videos and music you upload. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event details, permission to collect guest information, and deciding whom to invite or give workspace access.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, malware or material that violates another person’s privacy. Do not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, unauthorized scraping, security attacks or interference with other events. Do not distribute private invitation links or guest content without permission. Report suspected misuse or copyright concerns to info@vibeinvitation.com with enough detail for us to investigate.

5. Plans, purchases and taxes

Free, Standard and Premium features and limits are described on the pricing page and at checkout. Paid plans apply to the selected event and are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions, unless an offer expressly says otherwise. Charges are in US dollars; applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own conversion or transaction fees. Access to paid features depends on verified payment. Sandbox/test checkout does not constitute a real purchase or live payment.

6. Refunds and payment issues

For duplicate charges, an incorrect purchase or a service problem, contact info@vibeinvitation.com with the relevant event and transaction reference. Do not send full card details. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available under applicable law. No discretionary refund window, automatic refund entitlement or blanket no-refund rule is established by this draft; the final commercial refund policy must be confirmed before live paid checkout is launched.

7. Availability and your responsibilities

We aim to provide a useful and reliable planning service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, connectivity and third-party providers. Keep independent copies of important plans and media, and verify event dates, venue details and guest arrangements. The app does not provide event vendors, guarantee attendance, deliver invitations on your behalf unless a feature explicitly states so, or guarantee the outcome of an event.

8. Media limits and third-party services

Storage, upload windows and access periods depend on the selected plan. Download important memories before access expires. Stripe, Google sign-in, maps and embedded or linked services may have separate terms. Their availability and policies are outside our direct control. See the Privacy Policy for information handling and retention details.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support. Access or content may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, payment fraud or serious violations of these terms. Where practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a way to contact support. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that must survive, including applicable payment, privacy and legal obligations.

10. Legal rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Responsibility for losses will be determined under applicable law. These draft terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a specific court venue or a monetary liability cap.

11. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service develops and will identify the revised date. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued or override mandatory law. Questions about these terms, billing or access can be sent to info@vibeinvitation.com.
